This number sense kit uses cubes, counters, equation cards, matching materials, and balance activities to make quantity, composition, and numerical relationships concrete. It is designed for early mathematics instruction before or alongside symbolic computation.

Children can build quantities with cubes, decompose ten in different ways, match numerals to sets, use the balance set to compare amounts, and toss or sort materials to generate counting and expression problems.
