In the winter of 1925, many people in Nome, Alaska, were sick and needed medicine. There was a snowstorm, so planes and boats could not deliver the medicine. Sled dogs were the only way to get medicine to Nome. Gunnar Kaasen chose Balto to lead his team of dogs.

Biff is a big dog. Bingo is a tiny dog and wants to be big. Even though he is small, Bingo can do big things.
