3D Printing for Kids Level 1: Introduction to Making

This fully online, self-paced course introduces young learners to the exciting world of 3D printing. Students will explore how 3D printers work, learn basic design concepts, and begin creating simple 3D models using beginner-friendly tools.

By the end of the course, students will understand the basics of 3D printing and create their own simple designs ready for printing.

Parent Note: Younger learners may need help navigating software tools and understanding design steps. Encourage creativity and experimentation throughout the process. Note: A 3D printer is not included with this course. Students can still complete all design activities without a printer, but access to a 3D printer is recommended for printing physical models.
